element14 signs global distribution agreement with Jabil Cutting Tools

     Avnet's global distributor of electronic components products and solutions element14 has signed a global distribution agreement with Jabil Cutting Tools. Through element14, customers around the world can now purchase a range of industry-leading cutting tools, all in stock and for fast delivery. Jabil is recognized as one of the electronics manufacturing giants, and this is the first time the company has supplied its products through a high-quality service distributor.

     element14 can supply a range of Jabil products from stock, such as the high precision and durable DK20004JS end mill for die steel. DK20004JS is the ideal cutting solution for coating and finishing of die steel HRC 50±2 material in industrial manufacturing. The diameter of the tool groove is 2mm, the tolerance is +0/ -0.01mm, the radius tolerance is ±0.01mm, the diameter of the tool shank is 4mm, and the total length is 45mm. Jabil's internal coating extends tool life and performance.

     DK01001ZO CBN ball nose end mill is also suitable for high-quality surface machining and high-precision machining of die steel HRC 50-68. 4mm, total length 50mm.
