Vishay introduces a new thin, high impact and vibration resistant 35 A commercial IHCM common mode choke

     Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. announces the launch of A new 35 A high-current commercial IHCM Common-mode choke, the IHCM-2321AA-10. Vishay custom core IHCM-2321AA-10 features a thin surface mount package that is more robust and performs better than larger ring devices, with a maximum operating temperature of +155 °C.

      The thin IHCM-2321AA-10 reduces the external size and volume, has high impact and vibration resistance, and the enhanced core design has A maximum saturation current of 35 A. The IHCM-2321AA-10 is a surface mount device and can be assembled by automatic plug-in to improve the flexibility of the board.

     With excellent saturation characteristics, low DC impedance (DCR) and up to 1500 VDC intercoil insulation resistance, the IHCM-2321AA-10 is ideal for commercial-grade DC/DC converters, EMI filters and high-current filters for applications including motor control and other circuit noise suppression in industrial and telecommunications applications.

     In addition to the standard surface-mount configuration, the IHCM-2321AA-10 offers inductance, impedance, DCR and current ratings as well as custom plug-in assembly options. The device meets RoHS and Vishay green standards and is halogen-free.
