Littelfuse AQ31xE-01ETG two-way TV diodes offer typical 0.3pF capacitance, 1nA leakage current, and 18V or 28V reverse stand-off voltage ratings. These diodes offer ultra-low capacitance, a two-way design, and a high level of protection for electrical equipment that is vulnerable to destructive electrostatic discharge (ESD).

Low capacitance ratings help ensure excellent signal integrity even on the most challenging consumer electronics interfaces. The Littelfuse AQ31xE-01ETG bi-directional TVS diode can safely absorb repeated ESD hits up to ±30kV without performance degradation and safely dissipate 8/20µs of 3A or 3.5A surge current.
