Toshiba Introduces Two MOSFETs in Small, High Allowable Power Dissipation TSOP6F Packages

     Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation has expanded its product line with the introduction of two new MOSFET products in a small, high allowable power dissipation TSOP6F package. They are the 20V N-channel "SSM6K824R" and the -30V P-channel "SSM6J825R" for applications such as motor control in consumer electronics and industrial equipment. "

     The new product adopts Toshiba's new process and has low on-resistance. In addition, the TSOP6F package extends chip mounting capability with flat leads, reducing thermal resistance. The rated power consumption of the product is only 1.5W, which helps to reduce the power consumption of the device. In addition, the TSOP6F package reduces the mounting area by approximately 70% compared to the Toshiba SOP-8 package with a similar power consumption rating, which helps reduce device size.

     With this product line expansion, we now have six N-channel and three P-channel unipolar MOSFET products in TSOP6F packages, expanding the range of product choices for users.
