Texas Instruments LMX39/LM2901 four-channel differential comparator

Texas Instruments LMx39/LM2901 four-way differential comparators contain four independent voltage comparators that operate from a single power supply over a wide voltage range. The LM339B/LM2901B device is the next generation version of the industry-standard LM339 and LM2901 comparator families.

These next-generation B comparators have lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, and lower supply current. These devices also feature lower input bias current, lower propagation delay, higher 2kV ESD performance, and improved input tolerance through dedicated ESD clamp. Texas Instruments LM339B and LM2901B plug in directly to replace the "A" and "V" grades of the LM239, LM339, and LM2901.
