With the promotion of global environmental protection and energy conservation, the demand for vehicles to replace petroleum fuels with new energy sources is also increasing. For many years, manufacturers have been exploring and searching for solutions to improve the quality and safety of hybrid and pure electric vehicles, especially in terms of vibration and shielding performance. To meet this demand, TE Connectivity (TE), a global leader in connectivity and sensors, has introduced the new IPT-HD high-voltage connector.
TE's IPT-HD high voltage connectors feature a new ISO & LV-compliant shield design that delivers optimal shielding performance even under high vibration conditions. The IPT-HD power bolt high voltage connector is available in 1 -, 2 - and 3-position, with extreme operating temperatures ranging from -40 ° C to +125 ° C and vibration levels up to engine vibration levels.

"Our new IPT-HD high voltage connector offers stronger shielding, higher assembly efficiency and a wider range of applications, making it a reliable solution for new energy vehicles."
Due to the increasing demand for flexible assembly options for many different applications, the IPT-HD high voltage connector is available in both 50 mm² and 70 mm² conductors and will soon be available in 95 mm² wires. Compared to traditional monolithic wiring harness installation, the IPT-HD power bolt high voltage connector Coco offers a flexible single-harness individual installation method, and its easier to process open interface design makes assembly more efficient and convenient.
IPT-HD power bolt high-voltage connectors can be widely used in buses, trucks, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, passenger cars and other models, but also suitable for a variety of high voltage, high current, high vibration of the harsh environment.
