Sunlord integrated power inductor MWSA-S/MWLA-S series, the products currently cover the size of 4.4*4.2 mm-17.15*17.15 mm and the inductance value of 0.1μH-150μH, suitable for TV, AR, VR, white goods, Power lines for consumer electronic equipment such as notebook computers, tablet computers, and industrial-grade equipment such as servers, base stations, instrumentation, and security.
The emergence of integrated inductors is due to the development of computer motherboards and power supply technology: CPU frequency and power consumption are getting higher and higher, and higher current and lower losses are required for inductors. The magnets of integrated inductors use alloy powder / Carbonyl powder, compared with traditional ferrite cores, has better saturation characteristics, and lower DCR leads to lower losses. These advantages make it very suitable for high-current applications such as CPU peripheral circuit power supply. In addition, the one-piece inductor adopts a fully magnetic shielding structure, which can make the leakage magnetic smaller and optimize the EMI problem.
