Smart Releases New Mainstream MM32F0270 Series MCUs

     Smart Microelectronics has released a new mainstream MM32F0270 series MCU, currently LQFP100, LQFP64 and LQFP48 package models have begun to accept orders. This series of MCUs is equipped with the Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, with a main frequency of up to 96MHz, provides up to 128KB Flash and 16KB SRAM, and integrates rich communication interfaces, timers and analog resources. Typical applications for the MM32F0270 series of MCUs include industrial IoT devices, electronic door lock controls, medical and handheld devices, PC and gaming peripherals, and more.
