Smart Microelectronics launches new value-added MM32F0020 series MCU

     Smart Microelectronics has launched a new value-added MM32F0020 series of MCUs. This series is another product series based on 12-inch wafers after the MM32F0140. It is equipped with a 48MHz Arm Cortex-M0 core and provides 32KB Flash and 2KB SRAM. The MM32F0020 series of MCUs are suitable for various automotive, industrial and consumer markets. Typical applications include chargers, battery management, cooling fans, smoke detectors, toys, motors, and 8/16-bit MCU upgrades and replacements.

Main features of MM32F0020:

●Arm Cortex-M0 core, running frequency up to 48MHz

●32KB Flash and 2KB SRAM

●2 groups of UART, 1 group of SPI, 1 group of I2S, 1 group of I2C

●1 set of advanced timer, can output 4-channel PWM with complementary ports, support dead time and braking

●2 groups of 16-bit timers

●1 set of 12-bit SAR ADC, support up to 1MSPS sampling rate and 8 external channels Up to 18 GPIOs

●2.0 – 5.5V wide voltage design, suitable for various power supply occasions

●High reliability: up to ±6000V HBM ESD, 105°C high temperature Latch-up to ±300mA

●Provide -40~85°C and -40~105°C ambient temperature options

●Pin compatible with MM32F0010 and MM32F003 series
