     The SM5450 integrates the company's most efficient converter and highest output charger current to date. Its peak efficiency can reach 97.3%, the maximum output current is 6A, and it supports 25W charging power. It also integrates a 12-bit ADC to measure input/output voltage and current as well as die temperature. In addition, the serial I2C interface and numerous battery protection schemes (overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, voltage and current regulation) help to minimize heat dissipation while doubling the power, thereby reducing design costs for R&D. It also contains the SCP protocol for fast charging communication between the charging head and the phone. The latest version provides an efficient, safe and economical solution for fast charging for consumer applications.
