Sensirion's full range of SFM digital flowmeters, including SFM3003 and SFM3013 flowmeters. SFM3003 and SFM3013 flow meters are multi-functional two-way flow meters with low pressure drop, which can support a large flow range up to 300 standard liters per minute (SLM).

Sensirion's full range of SFM digital flowmeters includes the SFM3003 and SFM3013 flowmeters. The SFM3003 and SFM3013 flowmeters are multi-function bidirectional flowmeters with low pressure drops that can support a wide flow range of up to 300 standard liters/min (SLM). Using digital I²C interfaces and Sensirion's patented CMOSens® technology, these next-generation flowmeters integrate thermal sensor components, signal processing, and digital calibration capabilities on a single microchip for fast signal processing.

The SFM3003 series offers additional functionality for measuring air, oxygen, and air/oxygen mix flow rates. The SFM3013 digital mass flowmeter is based on the SFM3003 solution, is robust to overpressure (gauge pressure up to 1 bar), and is calibrated for air, oxygen, and air/oxygen mixtures. The SFM3013 series can also be calibrated for helium-oxygen mixtures.

Both flowmeters are suitable for a variety of medical and industrial applications, including ventilation, anesthesia, inhalers, spectrometers, and more. To facilitate development, the company also stocks SEK-SFM3003 and SEK-SFM3013 evaluation kits, available in conjunction with SEK-SensorBridge (sold separately), which include flow sensors, connector cables, and downloadable SEK ControlCenter software.
