Renesas' GreenPAK is a large family of cost-effective non-volatile memory (NVM) programmable devices that allow innovators to integrate many system functions into a single custom circuit, minimizing the number of components, board space, and power consumption in the process. Using GreenPAK Design software and GreenPAK development kits, designers can create and program perfectly customized circuits in minutes.

Using GreenPAK design software and GreenPAK development kits, designers can create and program flawless custom circuits in minutes.

GreenPAK devices are ideal functional replacements for popular mixed-signal standard products, often combined and provide robust hardware security, supervision, and reset capabilities for software-encoded devices such as SoCs and microcontrollers.

Renesas includes 50 blank ICs in each GreenPAK socket adapter, allowing developers to start prototyping after selecting a programming evaluation board and the correct socket for their application, without having to purchase a blank IC.
