Power Integrations Introduces InnoSwitch3-PD Family of Flyback Switch ICs with Built-in USB PD Controller

     Power Integrations announces the InnoSwitch3-PD family of ICs, the industry's best-in-class integrated solutions for USB Type-C, USB Power Delivery (PD) and USB Digitally Controlled Power (PPS) adapter applications. Housed in an ultra-thin InSOP-24D package, the new IC integrates USB-C and PD controllers, high-voltage PowiGaN switches, multi-mode quasi-resonant flyback controllers, secondary-side detection circuitry, FluxLink isolated digital feedback circuitry, and Synchronous rectifier driver.

Power Integrations' FluxLink high-speed communication feedback link ensures fast, precise secondary-side adjustment.
