Murata Power Solutions MGN1 DC-DC converter is ideal for powering the high side and low side door drive circuits of GaN in bridge circuits. These converters are designed with optimized output voltage to meet leading GaN device requirements and bring optimal system efficiency. The output power of MGN1 DC-DC converter is 1W, the isolation test voltage is 3kVAC, the input voltage is 5V/12V, the isolation capacitance is ultra-low, and the partial discharge performance is excellent.
