Mouser Stocks Silicon Labs' Automotive and Infrastructure Product Line Acquired by Skyworks Mouser launches Skyworks line of mixed-signal solutions

     Mouser Electronics, a distributor of electronic components focused on introducing new products and offering extensive inventory, has expanded its Skyworks Solutions lineup to stock products from Skyworks' recently acquired Silicon Labs infrastructure and automotive businesses. Engineers and buyers can continue to order Skyworks' wide range of power, isolation and timing products through Mouser

     The new product line, formerly within Silicon Labs' infrastructure and automotive categories, is now part of Skyworks' new business unit, Mixed Signal Solutions (MSS). The addition of the MSS product line, which is highly complementary to Skyworks' connectivity portfolio, enables engineers to leverage Skyworks products into the design of key growth areas of the industry, including electric vehicles (EVs) and gasoline-electric hybrid vehicles (EVs).      Skyworks Si841x and Si842x 5kV digital isolators offer higher reliability performance than optocouplers and are more suitable for safety-critical system applications. These devices support data transfer rates up to 150Mbps and are ideal for applications requiring higher levels of isolation and protection, including power and industrial solutions.

     The Skyworks Si8751 and Si8752 isolated FET drivers are available with digital input control or diode emulator control, allowing engineers to easily create custom solid state relay (SSR) configurations. These drivers form compact isolation switches with strong isolation and efficient FET gate drive for applications such as motor control, valve control, and electric vehicle charging.

     The Skyworks Si5338 clock generator features four highly configurable output drivers, each capable of synthesizing user-programmable clock frequencies of up to 350MHz, and selectable frequencies up to 710MHz. These output drivers can be equipped with up to 4 differential outputs or 8 single-sided clock outputs, or both. The Si5338 clock generator features low jitter and is suitable for a wide variety of applications and markets, including Ethernet switches and routers, and timing audio and video broadcasts.
