Infineon launches new antenna tuner for ultra-high data rates in 5G smartphones

Infineon Technologies will further expand its small ready-to-use antenna tuner portfolio to support RF engineers. Infineon leverages its deep expertise in RF and years of technology development experience to further improve antenna efficiency. Following the successful launch of the BGSA147ML10, Infineon will further enhance its line-up of innovative antenna tuners by introducing a new antenna tuning switch.

Infineon Technologies AG will further expand its portfolio of extremely small ready-to-use antenna tuners to support RF engineers. With Infineon's deep RF expertise and years of experience in technology development, the efficiency of the antenna has been further improved. Following the successful market launch of the BGSA147ML10, Infineon will further enhance its lineup of innovative antenna tuners with the introduction of a new antenna tuning switch.

Suitable for Sub-7.2 GHzNR applications, these devices support 4G and 5G network connectivity for smartphones, laptops, wearables, VR headsets, smart home devices, and other cellular devices. The BGSA144ML10, BGSA400ML10, and BGSA403ML10 antenna tuners feature a 1.1 x 1.5 mm2 TSLP 10-pin package; the BGSA14M2N10 is available in a 0.95 x 1.3 mm2 TSNP 10-pin package with 350 μm pad pitch.
