Infineon launches 3 kW half-bridge induction heating evaluation board using 650V reverse-conducting R6 series IGBTs

This induction heating half-bridge evaluation board EVAL-IHW65R62EDS06J uses a new generation of 650V reverse-conducting R6 series IGBTs, which are designed for induction heating for 100kHz resonant switching applications. The evaluation board demonstrates the functionality and key features of the R6 IGBT with the EiceDRIVER™ IC based on Infineon SOI technology.
