Low noise amplifier

Infineon's line of LNAs improves data rates and reception quality for wireless applications. These integrated circuits increase the sensitivity of the receiver and achieve the final user experience. Highly integrated into the smallest package, Infineon's LNA mmic has ESD protection and low power consumption, making it ideal for battery-operated mobile devices. The innovative SiGe technology offers lower noise and comparable performance to more expensive GaAs alternatives compared to silicon alternatives.

Low noise RF transistor
