In order to provide support for these enterprises, Infineon's IPOSIM platform has introduced a new advanced function, which is an automated service that can quickly evaluate the service life of devices according to design parameters and application requirements.
The IPOSIM Life Time Estimation service of Infineon's IPOSIM platform supports online acquisition of device life assessment algorithms and Infineon's unique expertise to simplify the design process, which is the first in the industry. During the design process, customers can access Infineon's power electronics expertise online at any time as needed.
The IPOSIM platform has a user-friendly GUI (graphical user interface) design, which can guide designers to complete the simulation of power devices step by step. The platform has 19 types of flat panel devices and module topologies available, and is grouped according to the power conversion mode. In addition, the IPOSIM platform also allows up to 5 Infineon products to be selected at a time for performance comparison. The completed design can be saved and shared through Deep Link technology.
Relying on these functions, the IPOSIM platform can help customers choose the most appropriate high-power products according to their application needs. It can also shorten the time required to evaluate the device service life and reduce the total development cost. In addition, the service life assessment of power devices provided by it can optimize product size, reduce BOM (bill of materials) costs, and speed up the product's launch by virtue of highly reliable simulation results.
