High precision automotive class 6 axis inertia module

     The high precision automotive class 6-axis inertia module is a system-level package with a three-axis digital accelerometer and a three-axis digital gyroscope. Provides safety manuals and software libraries (ISO26262:2018 certified) to support the development of applications that adopt ASM330LHB and meet ASIL-B requirements. Packaged in a 14-pin plastic pad grid array (LGA), extended temperature range up to +105°C.

     The STM ASM330LHB meets AEC-Q100 standards and is industrialised through a dedicated MEMS production process to meet vehicle reliability standards. All components are thoroughly tested for temperature to ensure the highest quality. These sensing elements are manufactured using ST's proprietary micromachining process. At the same time, the IC interface is designed with CMOS technology, enabling the design of dedicated circuits that are fine-tuned to better match the properties of the sensing element.

     The ASM330LHB includes a full scale acceleration range of up to ±2/±4/±8/±16g with a wide angular rate range (±125/±250/±500/±1000/±2000/±4000dps) suitable for a variety of automotive applications. The device supports dual operating modes: high performance mode and low power mode. All aspects of the design of the ASM330LHB have been optimized to achieve excellent output stability, ultra-low noise, and the advantages of complete data synchronization to auxiliary applications such as dead estimation and sensor fusion.
