The µPAX-3 combines an innovative tube design with state-of-the-art circuitry and components in a single packaged light source to deliver microsecond sustained pulses of broadband light with excellent arc stability. The µPAX-3 module integrates a flash lamp, trigger circuit, capacitor charging power supply, mounting flange and precision arc alignment device in a small cube. With Excelitas high stability short-arc xenon flash lamps, µPAX-3 offers a wide range of flash energy levels and a maximum power of 2W in its pre-aligned modules, capable of producing a continuous spectrum from UV to IR.
The excellent stability and compact size of the µPAX-3 make it ideal for analytical instrumentation applications including UV/Vis spectrophotometers, point-of-care assays, environmental assays, absorbance assays, fluorescence triggers, immunoassays, and microplate readers.
New product features and benefits include:
