These Schottky diodes comply with the AEC-Q100/101/104/20 standard and have PPAP capability. DSCxA065/DSCxC065 Schottky diodes have low on-off and switching losses, fast reverse recovery, and high surge current capabilities. These Schottky diodes operate in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 175°C.
