
DELO curing lamps are modular in design and can be optimally adjusted to specific customer needs. DELO, a leading supplier of equipment and process solutions for the semiconductor industry, has designed the DELOLUX 203 UV surface light curing lamp for cleanroom environments. The new curing lamp is based on the acclaimed DELOLUX 20 and uses water cooling instead of air cooling.
There is no universal adhesive in the world that can be applied to all materials, of course, curing solutions also need to be customized according to the size of the component or production environment. In the field of light curing, DELO not only offers a variety of surface light and point light lamp combinations to adapt to different illuminated area sizes, but also offers customized cooling designs according to the customer's production conditions.
DELO, an industry-leading supplier of semiconductor equipment and process solutions, has developed the DELOLUX 203 UV-curable lamp based on the DELOLUX 20 lamp holder. This surface light curing lamp is designed for clean room environments, so it cannot affect the laminar flow of indoor air. To do this, DELO removed the original fan and replaced it with a new, water-based external cooling scheme.
The classic and durable DELOLUX 20 has a wavelength of 365 nm, and with the DELOLUX 203, users can also benefit from these features. The weight of the curing lamp (without cooling module) is 1.6 kg and the dimensions are 112 mm x 112 mm x 121 mm. With a light intensity of over 600 mW/cm², it is plug-and-play and can be easily integrated into production lines. The light intensity remains constant throughout the irradiation process.
