     Cree, Inc, a global leader in silicon carbide technology, announces the introduction of the Wolfspeed WolfPACK power module, extending its range of solutions and powering a wide range of industrial power supplies including electric vehicle fast charging, renewable energy and energy storage, and industrial power applications performance opens a new era. Using 1200V Wolfspeed® MOSFET technology, the new module optimizes efficiency in an easy-to-use package, helping designers develop smaller, more scalable power systems with significantly improved efficiency and performance.
