Compact isolated DC voltage monitor board

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADuM4195-1EBZ Evaluation Board is a compact isolated DC voltage monitoring board designed to evaluate the characteristics of the ADUM4195-1. The ADUM4195-1 has very low misalignment and gain error and is suitable for many isolation voltage detection applications.

The ADI EVAL-ADuM4195-1EBZ board provides two independent inputs. The P1000 input is pre-configured to accept voltages up to 1kVDC, while the P200 input can be user-configured for voltages up to 200VDC. Additional connectors support access to isolated 5VDC power supplies and the ADUM4195-1 switt-off (SD) input.

The output of the ADUM4195-1 is directly accessible (pre-configured), or can be first-order low-pass filtering by adding resistors and capacitors. The 5VDC single power supply can be used to power the input and output sides of the board, while the Optional Power Disable (PDIS) pins can be used to disable the onboard power supply in applications where low power consumption is very important.
