C&K launches RKC2 tact switch after RK series

     C&K announces the RKC2 series of tact switches after the RK series to meet more market demands. The RKC2 is a small switch ideal for applications where height is a major constraint, and is available in four different operating forces.in order to customize the appropriate feel to your product, the RKC2 is available in four different operating forces (180gf, 250gf, 350gf and 500gf).

     The RKC2 switch was developed for small electronic devices such as car keys, IoT devices, wearables, cell phones, high-end consumer and medical devices. With its small size (3.5 x 2.7mm), the RKC2 is an excellent choice for space-efficient designs. The height of the RKC2 is only 1.7mm, so the printed circuit board can fit snugly against the surface of the application device, leaving more room for other necessary components. RKC2 has plastic contacts, which can save cost by integrating other interface buttons. This is another area where the RKC2 helps save space.
