Analog Devices provide power amplifiers

Analog Devices ADPA7002 power amplifier is a Gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudocrystalline High electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), 28dBm (1/2W) amplifier. A 6mm x 6mm ceramic leadless chip with a heat sink (LCC_HS) provides low thermal resistance and is compatible with surface mount manufacturing techniques. The ADPA7002 integrates a temperature compensation on-chip power detector with operating frequency range of 18GHz to 44GHz.

The ADI ADPA7002 power amplifier uses a 5V power supply and provides 15dB small signal gain and 30dBm saturated output power (PSAT) at 32GHz. With an IP3 of 38dBm, the device is ideal for linear applications such as electronic countermeasures and needs. Instrument application of 28dBm efficient PSAT. The RF input and output of these amplifiers are internally matched and separated to allow easy integration into higher-level components.
