Ampleon offers a comprehensive portfolio of RF power amplifier devices for next-generation small cell infrastructure and massive MIMO implementations, based on its advanced LDMOS transistor technology and leveraging high levels of integration. The high-gain devices in this family cover all frequencies from 700MHz to 4.1GHz. Each device features a 3-level fully integrated Doherty design, which helps reduce the board space required for power amplifier circuits and significantly accelerates development time and volume production.

     Ampleon offers a comprehensive portfolio of RF power amplifier devices for next-generation small cell infrastructure and massive MIMO implementations, based on its advanced LDMOS transistor technology and leveraging high levels of integration. The company's LGA series of power amplifiers are available in a small (7mm x 7mm) package with 50Ω input/output, enabling industry-leading performance parameters. The high-gain devices in this family cover all frequencies from 700MHz to 4.1GHz. Each device features a 3-level fully integrated Doherty design, which helps reduce the board space required for power amplifier circuits and significantly accelerates development time and volume production. These devices support signal bandwidths up to 300MHz and can deliver higher output power (up to 16W) for greater network coverage. The high efficiency figures they exhibit (>40% at 9.0dB peak power backoff on some models) help keep power consumption levels low, meaning they generate very little heat, enabling smaller, more Unobvious base station.

     All devices in this family share compatible pin definitions, which is a major advantage of this family. This allows engineers to apply the same basic layout to cellular network hardware designs covering different frequencies—just plug in the relevant components as needed. This means that the multi-operator business model now emerging is expected to be solved.
